Sports Tour to Hartenbos: Term 2
Vision and Purpose
Our vision is:
To combine all winter sport, first teams and create friendships between different sporting codes.
An Indescribable Adventure
The teams travelled in comfort in a luxury bus.
The itinerary included mini golf, ten pin bowling, the preparation of own meals and team building activities. The learners learned how to manage themselves independently.

Four matches were played over five days:
Summerwood Primary School vs Plettenberg Bay Primary School;
Summerwood Primary School vs Hartenbos Primary School;
Summerwood Primary School vs Park Primary School and
Summerwood Primary School vs Holy Cross Primary School (George).
Summerwood travelled in a luxury 60-seater bus and the itinerary included mini golf, ten pin bowling, the preparation of own meals and team building activities.
Residence at Hartenbos Dutch Reformed Church Youth Centre
We were warmly welcomed by NG Church Jeugsentrum, Hartenbos and really enjoyed our stay, Tannie Marina and staff made our stay so much better and we are looking forward the the next time we see them again.
