Summerwood Primary School Teachers commemorate "The Ides of March"

Summerwood Primary School teachers performed the play, "Rinse the Blood off my Toga" to commemorate the assassination of Julius Caesar as originally written by the playwright, William Shakespeare.

The Summerwood Primary School teachers performed a playlet "Rinse the Blood off my Toga" to commemorate 15 March, the day on which Julius Caesar was assassinated. The idea originated with Mr R. Marais, whose vision it  is to evoke passion for English in Grade 6 and Grade 7 learners. The learners thoroughly enjoyed the comic version of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.
