The Parent Involvement Committee

We are a group of committed parents who serve as the ‘FUN-raisers’ and ‘FUND-raisers’ for the school. We raise money and plan exciting events and activities for the children, to ensure lasting memories of their time at Summerwood.

The big event for the year is ‘The Carnival’- a much anticipated fun day for the whole school, with plenty of stalls, activities and fun to be had.

Some other fun events are Valentine’s Day Cupids, The Country Style Braai, and school swimming galas. We help at derby days and wherever else we can.
